Something Blue is a grandfathered building in the heart of downtown Angleton. The building was completely stripped from the inside out. The original structure was preserved and updated to meet current codes and regulations. The construction consisted of asbestos remediation, new flooring, paint, metal stud partitions, HVAC, exterior R-Panel replacement, plumbing, wind storm rated windows and doors. This project was completed in 2018.
