With experience in small, large, capital, expense, grass-roots and retrofit projects, Tim Davenport’s career as a builder/developer, project manager, and mechanical engineer has been characterized by results, especially in terms of cost management, safety and reaching goals. He has worked more than 25 years in the petrochemical industry, much of it with Dow Chemical Company, where he was the maintenance resource and process leader at the company’s Freeport site. There, he supervised 53 direct and 8 contract employees while managing 8 facilities and an annual budget of $28 million. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
