ITC Pasadena is an Admin building consisting of office cubicals, break room, conference room and training rooms. The construciton of the building is slab on grade with a pre-engineered metal building 2 story design totaling 18,000 square feet. Along with Acoustic ceilings and vynil flooring the finishes included ceramic tile, carpet and custom millwork. This project was completed in 2016.
